Try a 4 week Intro to Mindful Meditation, come to the first class for free and pay $25.00 each for the next 3 classes. Learn how to settle the body while you observe thoughts and emotions as they come up. Bringing attention to the body as awareness of the thoughts come and go. Spending time learning what your mind is up to when your not paying attention to it and how the body reacts can be an amazing learning experience. It allows you to choose how you want to respond to a situation rather than react. Giving you a little more control over your life and of your choices. Understanding that life is choices and you really can choose happiness. Even when life is difficult, happiness can be a choice.
